Refund policy

Returns and exchanges
Every piece in the Acts5:29 collection is made to order, crafted specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selected. We encourage you to review carefully the size chart available on each product page before ordering. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@weareacts529.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly, and unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation including delivery confirmation and policy records.
